En 1826, projet d'une reconstruction complète de la halle, sur son emplacement d'origine. En 1829, l'architecte Finot délivre les revelés de la halle à démolir. Le projet proposait un lavoir au rez-de-chaussée, une salle de mairie, deux guichets et une pièce pour dépôt de pompe ; au premier étage, deux salles d'écoles pour garçons et filles et au-dessus une tour d'horloge. Lors de la réalisation, sont fait deux lavoirs, la mairie et l'école des garçons à l'étage. Une toiture en pavillon abrite en un seul tenant la halle au nord et au sud le volume bâti que rehausse la tour d'horloge.

History
In 1826, a project for complete reconstruction of the market hall on its original location. In 1829, the architect Finot delivered the elevations of the market hall to be demolished. The project proposed a washhouse on the ground floor, a town hall room, two windows and a room for pump storage; on the first floor, two school rooms for boys and girls and above a clock tower. During execution, two washhouses were made, the town hall and the boys' school on the upper floor. A pitched roof shelters in one section the market hall to the north and to the south the built volume enhanced by the clock tower.
