Building dated 1777 from a foundation stone placed in the cellar, characteristic of the "average" townhouse of the 18th century. The furnishings are contemporary with the construction. In a ground-floor room are found wood wainscoting of full height in painted oak and two-leaf communicating doors, as well as two cupboard-dressers possessing shutters with shaped panels.
