History
Last vestige of an abbey probably founded by the bishops of Apt from the 10th century, the chapel is a small single-nave edifice of which the apse has disappeared. The three bays were timber-roofed in the 11th century, but a barrel vault on double ribs was added in the 12th century. During the Gothic period, structural damage necessitated reinforcement of the supports and the addition of diaphragm arches under the Romanesque double ribs.
