Historique
Maison de type chartreuse construite peu après 1810 à l'emplacement d'un ancien château. De cette époque date le papier peint panoramique illustrant des vues de la campagne romaine, conservé dans la salle-à-manger. L'édifice est constitué par un corps de bâtiment rectangulaire, double en profondeur. Sur les façades, la fenestration en arc segmentaire rappelle encore les formes du 18e siècle, tout comme l'ensemble des menuiseries à petits carreaux restées en place depuis l'origine. Sur la façade Est se trouve une fenêtre comportant un linteau en pierre, sculpté d'un arc en accolade, sans doute un élément de remploi du vieux château. La distribution intérieure est courante dans les demeures de type chartreuse, conçue sur le principe d'une double enfilade avec travée centrale traversante commandant l'ensemble des pièces. Cette travée, qui ménage un accès direct de cour à jardin, comporte un vestibule et un grand salon.

History
House of chartreuse type built shortly after 1810 at the location of an old château. From this period dates the panoramic wallpaper illustrating views of the Roman countryside, preserved in the dining room. The building consists of a rectangular body of building, double in depth. On the façades, the fenestration in segmental arch still recalls the forms of the 18th century, as does the whole of the joinery with small panes remained in place since the origin. On the East façade is found a window comprising a stone lintel, carved with an accolade arch, no doubt an element reused from the old château. The interior layout is common in chartreuse-type dwellings, conceived on the principle of a double enfilade with a central through-bay commanding the whole of the rooms. This bay, which provides direct access from courtyard to garden, comprises a vestibule and a large salon.
