Façade néoclassique ornée d'un décor Louis XVI. La demeure s'organise autour d'une cage d'escalier et présente, au rez-de-chaussée, des pièces ornées de gypseries. Le jardin, établi en terrasse au-dessus du rempart de la ville, constitue un belvédère sur la plaine de la Garonne.

History
A hotel built in the final years of the Ancien Régime by Jean-Baptiste Briffon, royal notary and representative of the Third Estate, who drew up the cahiers de doléances and convened in 1789 the assembly of the Rivière Verdun region. Neoclassical façade decorated with Louis XVI ornament. The residence is organized around a stairwell and presents, on the ground floor, rooms decorated with plasterwork. The garden, laid out as a terrace above the rampart of the city, constitutes a belvedere over the plain of the Garonne.
