"Résidence achetée par le maréchal Pérignon en 1797 et conservant un certain nombre de souvenirs liés à ce maréchal qui commanda l'armée des Pyrénées et fut vice-roi de Naples puis gouverneur à Paris. Son fils et son petit-fils apportèrent des transformations neo-médiévales. Le château de plan rectangulaire est couvert d'une toiture à quatre pans, couronnée d'un fronton triangulaire sur la façade principale. Les ailes latérales dissymétriques sont flanquées de tours crénelées à trois étages. La façade nord est cantonnée de bâtiments en terrasse. A gauche de cette façade se trouve la chapelle neo-gothique avec tympan en céramique encadré de colonnes jumelées. Faisant le lien entre cette chapelle et le château, se trouve une aile décorée de chapiteaux copiés sur Moissac. Dans le parc, une chapelle funéraire s'inspire du style "retour d'Egypte". La propriété comportait également une écurie, une ferme et une maison de gardien."

History
Residence purchased by Marshal Pérignon in 1797 and preserving a certain number of mementoes linked to this marshal who commanded the Army of the Pyrenees and was viceroy of Naples then governor in Paris.
