Eglise-halle du 15e siècle, décorée en 1888 par Ferdinand Costes qui fut curé de Souel de 1850 à 1910 (peintures et installations de vitraux de Gesta). Un décor peint représentant un faux appareil de pierre à double joint rouge pour les voûtains et peut-être un retable en trompe l'oeil pour le choeur, pourrait dater du 16e siècle.

History
Hall church of the 15th century, decorated in 1888 by Ferdinand Costes who was curate of Souel from 1850 to 1910 (paintings and installation of stained glass by Gesta). Painted decoration representing a false apparatus of stone with double red joint for the vault and perhaps a retable in trompe l'oeil for the choir, could date from the 16th century.
