Former stone quarry, birthplace of the Protestant places of worship of the area situated between Saint-Quentin and the villages of the north-east of the Somme, founded by pastor Jean Gardien Givry at the end of the 17th century, at the moment when the persecutions against followers of the Reformed religion begin. Worship was celebrated in this natural refuge from 1685 to the Revolution.
