La construction du logis actuel est réalisée en 1898 par l'architecte Pierre-Antoine Lucien Tropey-Bailly. Le parc s'étend de part et d'autre du ruisseau. Il est aménagé en fonction des cônes de vues depuis la nouvelle demeure et depuis certains points du parc vers la maison. Les espèces végétales choisies sont destinées à proposer des perspectives visuelles sur des sujets divers posés sur de grandes pelouses.

History
The Migneaux estate appears in roughly its present form on a terrier plan of 1787. The entrance pavilion is represented there as well as the stream which runs through the bottom of the valley. The construction of the present dwelling was realised in 1898 by the architect Pierre-Antoine Lucien Tropey-Bailly. The park extends on both sides of the stream. It is laid out according to sight lines from the new residence and from certain points of the park towards the house. The plant species chosen are intended to provide visual perspectives of various subjects placed on large lawns.
