Villa commandée par l'horloger Armand Collin (célèbre constructeur d'horloges et de carillons pour la ville de Paris : Grand Palais, Louvre, Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois, ...) à l'architecte Emile Vaudremer. Maison construite entre 1891 (premiers dessins datés de mars 1891) et 1898, dans la mouvance régionaliste de la fin du 19e siècle. L'intérieur a conservé en grande partie sa décoration d'origine : boiseries, peintures, cheminées, luminaires, ... Les caves renferment un curieux édicule abritant une source, en pierre de taille et de forme quadrilobée.

Villa commissioned by the clockmaker Armand Collin (celebrated constructor of clocks and carillons for the city of Paris: Grand Palais, Louvre, Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois, ...) from the architect Emile Vaudremer. House built between 1891 (earliest drawings dated March 1891) and 1898, in the regionalist spirit of the late 19th century. The interior has largely retained its original decoration: woodwork, paintings, fireplaces, lighting fixtures, ... The cellars contain a curious structure housing a spring, in ashlar stone and of quadrilobate form.
