Historique
Fondation du prieuré au 12e siècle confié à des chanoines séculiers, puis à l'abbaye saint-Jean des Vignes de Soissons. Le prieuré se composait de l'église, des communs répartis autour d'une cour, des vergers, des parterres, des charmilles, et de la grange aux Dîmes. L'ensemble a été vendu par lots à la Révolution, et l'église transformée en local agricole sur les trois travées ouest, le reste étant inclus dans des maisons d'habitation. Les vestiges de l'église de l'ancien prieuré constituent un témoignage important et lisible d'un édifice roman dont les voûtes ont été sans doute reprises au 16e siècle.

History
Foundation of the priory in the 12th century entrusted to secular canons, then to the abbey of Saint-Jean des Vignes of Soissons. The priory consisted of the church, outbuildings distributed around a courtyard, orchards, flower beds, tree-lined walks, and the tithe barn. The whole was sold in lots at the Revolution, and the church transformed into an agricultural building over three bays to the west, the rest being included in dwelling houses. The remains of the church of the old priory constitute an important and legible testimony of a Romanesque building of which the vaults were probably re-done in the 16th century.
