Historique
Maison forte documentée depuis le Moyen Age. Aux 17e et 18e siècles, c'est une demeure de plaisance entourée de bois, embellie surtout au 18e siècle. En 1801, le domaine est racheté par le général Augereau qui transforme la décoration des pièces. Laissé sans entretien pendant l'entre-deux-guerres, il est restauré à partir de 1940 par l'industriel Jacques Bellanger qui y recevra de nombreux artistes.

History
Strong house documented since the Middle Ages. In the 17th and 18th centuries, it is a pleasure residence surrounded by woodland, embellished especially in the 18th century. In 1801, the estate is repurchased by General Augereau who transforms the decoration of the rooms. Left unmaintained during the interwar period, it is restored from 1940 by industrialist Jacques Bellanger who will receive many artists there.
