La première partie, 1900-1901, est un bâtiment sur deux niveaux en pierre de liais, avec une structure en fer partiellement apparente en façade sur rue, hourdée de briques recouvertes de grès flammés d'Alexandre Bigot. Deuxième partie du programme réalisée neuf ans plus tard. L'architecte utilise une grande diversité de matériaux, tous présents en façade : grès flammé, brique, pierre, fer, ardoise, bois.

History
Building inscribed in the Art Nouveau movement, and realized in two phases by architect René-Auguste Simonet. The first part, 1900-1901, is a building on two levels in stone of liais, with an iron structure partially visible on the street facade, filled with bricks covered with flamed stoneware by Alexandre Bigot. Second part of the project completed nine years later. The architect uses a great diversity of materials, all present on the facade: flamed stoneware, brick, stone, iron, slate, wood.
