Historique
Immeuble édifié en 1884 par l'architecte Paul Sédille. Il comporte d'un côté les ateliers de la maison Loebnitz, de l'autre les logements pour le personnel. La façade comprend trois panneaux en céramique provenant de la porte du pavillon des Beaux-arts de l'Exposition universelle de 1878. Un quatrième panneau (les arts du feu) a été mis en place par le céramiste Loebnitz en guise d'enseigne. Des fours subsistent encore dans le sous-sol de l'immeuble. L'atelier conserve le parti architectural de l'époque.

History
Building erected in 1884 by architect Paul Sédille. It comprises on one side the workshops of the Loebnitz company, on the other the accommodation for staff. The façade includes three ceramic panels from the pavilion of the Beaux-arts of the 1878 Universal Exposition. A fourth panel (the arts of fire) was put in place by ceramicist Loebnitz as a sign. Kilns still remain in the basement of the building. The workshop preserves the architectural approach of the period.
