Building erected around 1830-1840, decorated with a vast stained-glass window of the 1920-1930s representing a wave inspired by Hokusai. After being the "Shanghai", a cabaret of the 1920s, the building was fitted out in 1954 to become a theatre. Since 1979, this ground floor has housed a private games academy.
