Un premier restaurant est construit en 1892 par l'architecte Chausson. Sa façade est surélevée et entièrement modifiée pour l'alsacien Jacqueminot Graff par l'architecte Paul Marbeau en 1894. Façade de style alsacien en brique avec des pans de bois appliqués. Une statue de Gambrinus, roi de la bière, trône au centre de l'élévation. A l'intérieur, décor en staff moulé datant probablement de 1892.

History
A first restaurant was built in 1892 by architect Chausson. Its façade was raised and entirely modified for the Alsatian Jacqueminot Graff by architect Paul Marbeau in 1894. Façade in Alsatian style in brick with applied timber framing. A statue of Gambrinus, king of beer, presides at the centre of the elevation. Inside, moulded staff decoration dating probably from 1892.
