Historique
Cet hôtel particulier fut édifié vers 1640-1644 sur des principes constructifs alliant la sévérité du dessin du plan et des façades, une structure entre cour et jardin et une disposition des pièces, en enfilade. Le logis principal est à l'usage des propriétaires tandis qu'un autre, situé sur rue, est destiné à la location. En 1675, une aile est bâtie au sud. La seconde grande campagne de travaux est menée en 1755 par l'architecte Maldent. De cette époque datent la construction des deux pavillons sur rue ainsi que le portail, la modification de la cage de l'escalier d'honneur, l'installation de la serrurerie de la rampe et la surélévation du corps de logis principal. Des décors de la moitié du 18ème siècle subsistent dans trois pièces boisées du premier étage. L'appartement en rez-de-jardin préserve des éléments de décors, notamment, dans un salon, des dessus de portes des années 1790-1800.

This townhouse was built around 1640-1644 on constructive principles combining the severity of the plan and facade design, a structure between courtyard and garden and a disposition of rooms in enfilade. The main dwelling is for the use of the owners while another, located on the street, is intended for rental. In 1675, a wing is built to the south. The second major building campaign is carried out in 1755 by the architect Maldent. From this period date the construction of the two pavilions on the street as well as the portal, the modification of the main staircase cage, the installation of the ironwork of the balustrade and the raising of the main dwelling body. Decorations from the mid-18th century remain in three panelled rooms on the first floor. The ground-floor garden apartment preserves decorative elements, notably in a salon, overdoors from the years 1790-1800.
