Historique
Hôtel particulier formé d'une partie 17e siècle, et d'une autre sur la rue de l'Eperon. Achetées en 1776 et 1777, ces deux parties sont réunies par Charles Dupré qui remodèle l'ensemble et construit un escalier circulaire. Ce dernier repose sur un noyau de maçonnerie en sous-sol. Sa structure est en bois, les marches du premier niveau en pierre. Les sols et repos sont recouverts d'une mosaïque de pavement ocre rouge, ornée d'une grecque noire, datée de 1842. La rampe en fer forgé à barreaux verticaux à arcades est caractéristique de la fin du 18e siècle.

History
Private mansion formed of a 17th century part, and another on the rue de l'Eperon. Purchased in 1776 and 1777, these two parts were joined by Charles Dupré who remodelled the whole and built a circular staircase. The latter rests on a masonry core in the basement. Its structure is in wood, the steps of the first level in stone. The floors and landings are covered with a mosaic of ocre-red paving, decorated with a black grecque, dated 1842. The wrought iron railing with vertical bars forming arcades is characteristic of the late 18th century.
