Terrain acquis en 1672 par le sculpteur Desjardins qui y fait construire une maison. Maison terminée en 1688 et mise en location la même année. Dans le vestibule au rez-de-chaussée, présence de plâtres originaux de Desjardins ayant servi de modèles aux bas-reliefs en bronze de l'ancienne statue de Louis XIV, place des Victoires (détruite pendant la Révolution).

History
Land acquired in 1672 by the sculptor Desjardins who had a house built there. House completed in 1688 and let the same year.
