History
The church, rebuilt on the site of its predecessor, is located on a promontory at the heart of the village which has retained its homogeneity, the quality of its urban spaces and its architecture. The roof coverings were entirely remade in slate in 1995, the renders and external masonry are in good condition. Its architectural expression, simple and austere, contrasts with the freshness of its painted decoration. Preserved in its entirety, the decoration constitutes a homogeneous ensemble between figurative programme (sacraments, Saint Ferréol in glory in the chevet), geometric (elements of stereotomy), and dialogue with the architecture (alternation of real architectural elements and trompe-l'œil).
