Historique
La motte est attestée dès le 13e siècle. Le château semble avoir été réédifié au 17e siècle. Il fut pillé à la Révolution et remanié au 19e siècle. Le château se compose d'un corps de logis rectangulaire, flanqué de deux pavillons latéraux. Le corps de logis principal présente un avant-corps central surmonté d'un fronton triangulaire orné d'armoiries. History
The motte is attested as early as the 13th century. The castle seems to have been rebuilt in the 17th century. It was pillaged at the Revolution and remodelled in the 19th century. The castle comprises a rectangular main dwelling, flanked by two side pavilions. The main body presents a central avant-corps surmounted by a triangular pediment adorned with arms. The central body is framed by two wings in slight recession, themselves flanked by square pavilions. The interiors retain their original layout. The woodwork and decoration in general were heavily remodelled under Charles X. The grand staircase was replaced in the 19th century by a timber staircase. The whole is completed by two outbuildings and a park.
