La croix du 15e siècle est située dans le parc du château de Bellecroix, ancienne commanderie de l'ordre de Malte, dont le commandeur était Bernard Pot, frère du sénéchal des Ducs de Bourgogne. History
The 15th-century cross is located in the park of the castle of Bellecroix, former commandery of the Order of Malta, whose commander was Bernard Pot, brother of the seneschal of the Dukes of Burgundy. He is said to have had this cross erected in homage to the Virgin for the deliverance of his brother Philippe, prisoner of the Turks. This cross, which has never moved from its location since its erection, is in limestone; it comprises a square base on which rises a shaft of octagonal section; on the cross are depicted Christ, sculpted in the round, and on the other face, the Virgin standing holding the Child on her left arm.
