The church was parochial in 1275. The oldest parts of the building appear to date from the 13th or 14th century, perhaps inspired by Cistercian architecture with a flat chevet pierced by a triplet. It was an oriented building formed of a single nave between two chapels forming a transept. In 1729, a sacristy was built, extending the choir. On the plans of architect Colard, after the bell tower was raised in 1858, the nave was rebuilt in 1868 between two aisles, removing two chapels. The main façade, neoclassical, opens through a pointed arch portal emphasised by an archivolte in return under a rose window with stone tracery.
