Au 19e siècle, les bâtiments monastiques sont transformés en château. La glacière se situe face à la ferme et à l'auberge dépendant autrefois de l'abbaye. Elle se présente comme une butte de terre de plan circulaire sous laquelle on pénètre par un couloir voûté en brique qui conduit à un réservoir, sorte de puits tronconique en pierre couvert d'une coupole en brique. History
In the 19th century, the monastic buildings are converted into a château. The ice-house is situated facing the farm and the inn formerly dependent on the abbey. It presents itself as an earthen mound of circular plan under which one enters by a vaulted passage in brick leading to a reservoir, a kind of truncated conical well covered with a brick dome. An ice-house is attested at this location before the Revolution.
