Historique
Villa construite entre 1899 et 1901 par l'architecte Pierre Curieux. Conçue selon un plan rigoureux, elle présente des façades ornées avec raffinement. Elle est bâtie en pierre. La toiture présente un brisis en ardoises et un terrasson en tuiles mécaniques. L'intérieur est typique du goût de l'époque. Les salons, atrium, salle à manger et jardin d'hiver présentent des styles 18e, Art nouveau et orientaliste, avec utilisation de mosaïques, revêtements de céramique, boiseries, vitraux, faux marbres et peintures. History
Villa built between 1899 and 1901 by the architect Pierre Curieux. Conceived according to a rigorous plan, it presents facades adorned with refinement. It is built in stone. The roof presents a broken slope in slate and a flat top in mechanical tiles. The interior is typical of the taste of the era.
