History
Spinning mill created in 1851, comprising a facade building housing neo-Tudor style offices, and the workshop with rectangular plan made of a structure of cast-iron posts supporting groin vaults each pierced with a skylight. A cotton warehouse on two levels is attached to the east. The facade building is in ashlar stone with brick for the crowning of the central tower. The rest is in masonry. The vaults are in brick.
