History
Building completed in 1912 after plans by the associated architects Backes and Zache. Of eclectic style with giant order and semicircular pediments, this building comprises a set of large dwellings over a ground floor punctuated by commercial spaces. A spiral staircase lit by three windows fitted with polychrome stained glass with geometric and figurative decoration serves each of the six storeys.
