Il comporte, sur un rez-de-chaussée de plain-pied, deux étages carrés sans cloisonnements dont la poutre centrale longitudinale est supportée par trois poteaux, et deux niveaux de comble. Grenier ou magasin dont on ne connaît ni la date de construction, ni le commanditaire, ni la destination. Une étude dendrochronologique a permis de situer la construction dans la première décennie du 17e siècle.

History
Brick building, with a gable in timber framing, of irregular rectangular plan, oriented north-south. It comprises, on a ground floor at street level, two storeys without internal divisions whose central longitudinal beam is supported by three posts, and two levels of roof space. Granary or warehouse whose date of construction, patron and purpose are unknown. A dendrochronological study made it possible to date the construction to the first decade of the 17th century.
