History
The Wendling farm is an aggregate of traditional buildings, arranged around a courtyard. The oldest, the dwelling house, provides us with its date of construction: 1566, and the name of the patron: Hermans Wendling. The interior of the house was altered in 1755. Considerable works enlarge the property in the following century, after the house was sold to Georges Schweyer in 1841 (Stube and barn). The stables were built in 1844. The Wendling farm represents a coherent, complete rural ensemble in excellent state of preservation.
