Villa construite à partir de 1868 pour le baron de Longueil. Edifice rectangulaire comportant un grand nombre de chambres. le rez-de-chaussée conserve un décor de lambris et de toiles marouflées. Parc aménagé à l'anglaise, typique des villas anglo-américaines de Pau. Le domaine est vendu à des Américains en 1921, qui en font donation au département en 1952.

Villa built from 1868 for the baron de Longueil. Rectangular building comprising a large number of rooms. The ground floor retains decoration of wainscoting and marouflaged canvas. Park laid out in the English style, typical of the Anglo-American villas of Pau. The estate is sold to Americans in 1921, who donate it to the department in 1952.
