Le cimetière israélite de Bayonne a été établi en 1689 sur la hauteur de Saint-Etienne au nord de la ville. Il fut agrandi aux 18e et 19e siècles. En 1862, on construisit un dépositoire en forme de temple antique. Ce cimetière renferme de nombreuses pierres tombales notamment du 17e siècle. The Jewish cemetery of Bayonne was established in 1689 on the heights of Saint-Etienne to the north of the town. It was enlarged in the 18th and 19th centuries.
