L'église Saint-Julien est adossée au château du 17ème siècle et insérée dans le périmètre du village. La partie la plus ancienne est la nef romane, voûtée en berceau, accessible par un portail sud que l'on a fait précéder, à l'époque gothique d'un porche voûté d'ogives. A la même époque, une seconde nef a été ajoutée au nord. Ses deux travées voûtées d'ogives retombant sur des culots sculptés abritent la dalle funéraire de la famille Morel de la Colombe. Un clocher carré fut également rajouté au 17ème siècle, à l'ouest, et surélevé en 1864. Le chœur à chevet plat fut reconstruit en 1884-85. Des traces de peintures murales, sur plusieurs couches, ont été partiellement dégagées dans la nef romane. History
The church of Saint-Julien is set against the castle of the 17th century and inserted within the perimeter of the village. The oldest part is the Romanesque nave, vaulted with a barrel vault, accessible by a south portal to which, in the Gothic period, a porch was added vaulted with ribs. At the same period, a second nave was added to the north. Its two bays vaulted with ribs resting on sculpted corbels house the funeral slab of the Morel de la Colombe family. A square bell tower was likewise added in the 17th century, to the west, and raised in height in 1864. The choir with flat chevet was rebuilt in 1884-85. Traces of wall paintings, on several layers, have been partially uncovered in the Romanesque nave. They consist of a false ashlar dating from the 15th century and decoration executed in a style characteristic of the 17th century: various motifs appear such as patté crosses, a flowering vase as well as a frieze of rosettes and birds.
