A Thiescourt sont juxtaposées deux nécropoles. La nécropole française est une nécropole de regroupement, contenant 1266 corps, en provenance de plusieurs cimetières (L'Ecouvillon, Mareuil-la-Motte, Saint-Claude, Roye-sur-Matz, Plessis-de-Roye). La disposition en rangées autour d'une allée centrale est conforme à la disposition habituelle des nécropoles françaises. Le cimetière allemand contient 1095 corps, et abrite notamment des victimes tuées en 1918, lors de la « bataille de Noyon » en juin puis lors des batailles dans le secteur du Matz en août. Ces deux nécropoles rappelle la violence des combats tenus dans ce secteur au printemps et à l'été 1918

At Thiescourt two necropolises are juxtaposed. The French necropolis is a regrouping necropolis, containing 1266 bodies, from several cemeteries (L'Ecouvillon, Mareuil-la-Motte, Saint-Claude, Roye-sur-Matz, Plessis-de-Roye). These two necropolises recall the violence of the fighting held in this sector in spring and summer 1918.
