History
Fragment of the Universal Exposition of 1900, reassembled at Cires-les-Mello at the beginning of the century by the owners of the château du Tillet who probably wanted to embellish their estate with a keeper's lodge. It is a construction in exposed timber framing, of neo-Gothic and neo-Renaissance style, which presents rich carved decorations. It seems that this pavilion is a vestige of the Old Paris quarter, a quarter entirely recomposed on the occasion of the exposition.
