La propriété se compose d'une maison d'habitation principale datant probablement de l'extrême fin du 18e siècle, d'un parc comportant quatre platanes âgés de 250 à 300 ans, de dépendances et d'une serre. La maison de la rue de la Rivière est un témoin intéressant de l'architecture privée de la notabilité de province du 19e siècle. Son architecture est par ailleurs très équilibrée et soignée, avec finesse du décor (pilastres, colonnes et chapiteaux, rampe en ferronnerie, niches et bandeau soulignant les niveaux). The property consists of a main dwelling house probably dating from the very end of the 18th century, a park containing four plane trees aged 250 to 300 years, outbuildings and a greenhouse. The rear elevation of the house is quite interesting with its avant-corps with peristyle and triangular pediment in the neoclassical style. The house on the rue de la Rivière is an interesting witness to private architecture of provincial notability of the 19th century. It also perfectly illustrates the bourgeois country house of the 19th century. Its architecture is moreover very balanced and carefully executed, with fineness of decoration (pilasters, columns and capitals, ironwork ramp, niches and band underlining the levels).
