History
Occupation of the site almost continuously from the Gallo-Roman period to the Carolingian period. The remains are those of a Carolingian dwelling and mill, as well as a Gallo-Roman villa. The Gallo-Roman villa was occupied from the 1st to the 4th century AD. The hydraulic mill, of Carolingian period, is an example of a type unique in France.
