History
In 1923, Louis Leprince-Ringuet is commissioned for the construction of a new chambers of commerce building in the new administrative sector. The building fits into an urban setting where reference is broadly made to neo-regionalism (façade of brick and ashlar cement, with flat-relief sculptures of the allegories of commerce, industry and abundance).
