La communauté protestante du Cambrésis s'agrandit à la fin du 18e siècle et au début du 19e. L'oratoire d'Inchy, devenu trop petit, est remplacé en 1857 par un temple. C'est un édifice en briques, rectangulaire, implanté dans un terrain fermé par une grille avec, de chaque côté, un pavillon. La façade est de style néo-classique. Un portail en pierre est surmonté d'un fronton, le tympan est orné du livre saint, une croix en pierre termine la composition. L'intérieur, sans division, est couvert d'un berceau en anse de panier avec doubleaux moulurés.

History
The Protestant community of the Cambrésis grew at the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th. The chapel at Inchy, which had become too small, was replaced in 1857 by a temple. It is a rectangular brick building, set on land enclosed by railings with, on each side, a pavilion. The façade is in neoclassical style. A stone portal is surmounted by a pediment, the tympanum is decorated with the holy book, and a stone cross completes the composition. The interior, undivided, is covered by a basket-handle barrel vault with moulded ribs.
