Vestige du refuge de l'abbaye de Vaucelles, la chapelle est construite en 1238 par l'abbé de Vaucelles, reproduisant la salle capitulaire à un quart de sa surface. Au 15e siècle, des travaux transforment les oculi de la façade en baies géminées. Au milieu du 19e siècle, l'architecte de Baralle met au jour les vestiges de la façade romane en les conservant. Il restaure l'intérieur de l'édifice, volume rectangulaire reposant sur une colonne centrale à chapiteau à crochets qui reçoit des voûtes quadripartites en ogives.

History
Vestige of the refuge of Vaucelles Abbey, the chapel is built in 1238 by the abbot of Vaucelles, reproducing the chapter house at a quarter of its surface. In the 15th century, work transforms the oculi of the façade into twin openings. In the middle of the 19th century, architect de Baralle brings to light the vestiges of the Romanesque façade whilst preserving them. He restores the interior of the building, a rectangular volume resting on a central column with crocket capital which receives quadripartite rib vaults.
