Cette devanture est l'un des rares exemples d'Art- Nouveau à Nevers. Elle fut commandée, en 1905, à l'architecte Georges-Théodore Renaud et au faïencier, Alexandre Bigot. Cachée par un coffrage pendant des années afin de lui superposer une nouvelle devanture, elle a été mise au jour au cours de travaux dans les années 1990. Le décor de la Dame au miroir est proche de la sensibilité symboliste.

History
This shop front is one of the rare examples of Art Nouveau in Nevers. It was commissioned in 1905 from architect Georges-Théodore Renaud and earthenware maker Alexandre Bigot. Hidden by boarding for years in order to superimpose a new shop front on it, it was uncovered during works in the 1990s. The decoration of the Woman with Mirror is close to symbolist sensibility.
