Le style adopté est celui de l'architecture urbaine rhénane de la Renaissance. History
After the establishment in 1900 of the central committee of the united corporations of Metz, the hotel which was also to house the Prud'hommes court and the commercial court was built from 1907 to 1909 according to the project of architect Oberthur who took Priedat as his assistant. The style adopted is that of Rhineland urban architecture of the Renaissance. Inside, a large glazed panel symbolizing the corporations lights the cage of the grand staircase of the building on rue Foch.
