L'aménagement de l'ancien site industriel concerne essentiellement la petite presqu'île formée par le bief et le canal de fuite, sur laquelle est installé un ensemble paysager de jardins, bosquets et promenade comprenant un parc à l'anglaise, un pavillon octogonal dit salle de billard ainsi qu'un petit pavillon de jardin, tous deux en maçonnerie de pierre de taille d'Euville et couverts de toits en poivrière à ardoises en écailles.

The development of the former industrial site concerns essentially the small peninsula formed by the millrace and tailrace, on which is installed a landscape complex of gardens, copses and promenade comprising an English park, an octagonal pavilion called billiard room as well as a small garden pavilion, both in ashlar masonry of Euville stone and covered with pyramidal roofs with scale slates.
