Construit en pierre de taille avec renforts métalliques (l'un porte la date de 1829), le haut fourneau a fait l'objet d'une mise en uvre soignée dont témoigne la mouluration de la corniche supérieure. La cheminée circulaire est en brique et arasée à mi-hauteur. Le voûtement intérieur a conservé son parement.

History
Constructed in ashlar stone with metal reinforcements (one bears the date 1829), the blast furnace was executed with careful workmanship, as evidenced by the moulding of the upper cornice. The circular chimney is in brick and cut off at mid-height. The interior vaulting has retained its facing.
