Historique
Les immeubles aux 14 et 16 correspondent à un hôtel urbain autrefois de plan en U, ouvert côté rue, élevé vers le milieu du 18e siècle. Il subit d'importants remaniements à la fin du 19e siècle : démolition de l'aile sud, création d'un passage direct vers le jardin, création d'un pavillon et transformation de la terrasse. Une serre carénée, avec passerelle sur le faîtage, agrémente le jardin. Le logis est resté inchangé depuis le 18e siècle. Côté jardin, il se distingue par des baies en plein cintre, des pilastres ioniques à cornes et un fronton triangulaire à décor rocaille, sur le thème des arts et du commerce. Un réseau de caves sillonne les sous-sols, avec four à pain et cheminée. La charpente à croupes des combles est d'origine, de même que la plupart des distributions et aménagements des 18e et 19e siècles.

History
The buildings at 14 and 16 correspond to an urban town house formerly of U-shaped plan, open towards the street, built towards the middle of the 18th century. It underwent important alterations at the end of the 19th century: demolition of the south wing, creation of a direct passage towards the garden, creation of a pavilion and transformation of the terrace. A keeled greenhouse, with catwalk on the ridge, adorns the garden. The main dwelling has remained unchanged since the 18th century. Towards the garden, it is distinguished by round-arch openings, Ionic pilasters with horns and a triangular pediment with rocaille décor, on the theme of the arts and commerce. A network of cellars runs through the basements, with bread oven and chimney. The hip roof structure of the roof space is original, as is most of the distributions and fittings of the 18th and 19th centuries.
