History
The establishment of the starch factory dates back to 1870. In 1946, the activity diversifies with the installation of a sawmill. Abandoned in 1959, the starch factory workshop partly serves as a warehouse for the sawmill. The small factory comprises a manufacturing workshop, an industrial warehouse, a managerial residence and the foreman's residence. All the machinery in place in the workshop, necessary to the manufacturing process, is still preserved on site with educational presentation on panels.
