C'est à Pierre Huaumé, curé de la commune jusqu'en 1884 que l'on doit le complet renouvellement de l'église dont l'origine remonte au 11e siècle. L'église est reconstruite de 1856 à 1869. Le décor intérieur de la seconde moitié du 19e siècle (décor peint, immeubles par destination, mobilier liturgique) est intégralement conservé.

History
It is to Pierre Huaumé, curé of the commune until 1884, that we owe the complete renewal of the church whose origins date back to the 11th century. The church is rebuilt from 1856 to 1869.
