Architecture rurale traditionnelle du 19e siècle en Champagne méridionale. Dispositif technique de la seconde moitié du 19e et du début du 20e siècle : agrandissement et exhaussement en 1820 et 1858, tranformation en petite centrale électrique (1919) , puis en scierie (1947). L'activité cesse vers 1960. Construction en moellons enduits et couverture de tuiles plates.
