Le Mausolée est construit à l'extrémité Nord-Ouest du cimetière de Bourgogne, son architecture domine les tombes du cimetière. Le Mausolée est orienté au Nord, il se compose d'une nef, d'un large transept et d'un chœur, semi-circulaire, voûté en cul de four. En pierre claire du type de celle de Courville. L'édifice est long de 18 m et large de 10 m, au transept.
