En 1658, la maison est achetée par Nicolas Le Clerc, conseiller du roi et receveur général des finances en Champagne, qui fait construire le bâtiment actuel (1698). Le portail sur rue avec son fronton, son décor de bossage en table et ses vantaux à décor sculpté est caractéristique des constructions parisiennes de l'époque. A l'intérieur, bel escalier de la deuxième moitié du 18e siècle. La grande pièce du rez-de-chaussée présente des lambris du 19e siècle. Entre 1826 et 1829, ajout d'une aile en pan de bois. History
In 1658, the house was purchased by Nicolas Le Clerc, king's counsellor and receiver general of finances in Champagne, who had the present building constructed (1698). The street portal with its pediment, its ashlar bossage decoration and its shutters with sculptured decoration is characteristic of Parisian constructions of the period. Inside, a fine staircase from the second half of the 18th century. The large ground-floor room has 19th-century panelling. Between 1826 and 1829, addition of a timber-framing wing.
