Le site de cantonnement de l'armée allemande du Boulay à Sideville présente la particularité unique de conserver une grande piscine en béton avec plongeoirs, témoin matériel de l'Occupation pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Implanté à proximité d'une maison de maître au lieu dit "le Boulay" réquisitionnée par les Allemands, le nid de résistance Wn 258 était une importante zone de cantonnement pour des unités de la Luftwaffe. Il était constitué de deux ensembles de bâtiments, dont le premier comprend un grand Feldmässig, une piscine en béton armé de 25 mètres de long avec plongeoirs, un abri léger et une guérite, probablement construit à partir de 1942, tandis que le second a aujourd'hui disparu.

History
The German army cantonment site at le Boulay in Sideville presents the unique particularity of preserving a large concrete swimming pool with diving boards, material evidence of the Occupation during the Second World War. Sited near a manor house at the place called 'le Boulay' requisitioned by the Germans, the resistance nest Wn 258 was an important cantonment area for units of the Luftwaffe. It consisted of two sets of buildings, the first comprising a large Feldmässig, an armed concrete swimming pool 25 metres long with diving boards, a light shelter and a sentry box, probably built from 1942 onwards, while the second has today disappeared.
